FIIs Buy Rs 2,240 Cr, DIIs Sell Rs 696 Cr; Mixed Activity Across Market Participants

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) made net purchases of Rs 2,240.55 crore, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) recorded net sales of Rs 696.37 crore.

Among other market participants, banks sold Rs 229.61 crore worth of stocks, whereas insurance companies bought stocks worth Rs 253.15 crore. Mutual Funds (MFs) sold Rs 45.43 crore, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) sold Rs 10.65 crore, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) made a small net purchase of Rs 1.03 crore. Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) also bought Rs 17.20 crore. Meanwhile, retail investors sold stocks worth Rs 140.04 crore, while other investors collectively bought Rs 154.36 crore.
