Russia Announces Temporary Ceasefire for May Holidays

The Kremlin announced that President Vladimir Putin has ordered a temporary ceasefire from May 8 to May 11 to mark Russia’s public holidays.

However, Russia warned that if Ukraine violates the ceasefire, it will respond accordingly.

The Kremlin also stated that Russia remains ready to hold peace talks with Ukraine without any preconditions.
