UBS Raises Nvidia Price Target to $1,100, Cites Potential for New Wave of Demand

UBS increases Nvidia’s price target to $1,100 from $800, stating that the company is poised to experience a fresh surge in demand.

The analyst remarks, “We anticipate NVDA is at the verge of experiencing increased demand from global enterprises and governments, with each government potentially having as much impact as a major US cloud customer.”

After GTC 2024, Arcuri foresees sustained robust growth extending into 2025, with revenue projections approaching $150 billion, reflecting a growth rate of approximately 30%.

Moreover, the rollout of NIMs, referring to new pre-packaged and pre-trained modular AI models, is anticipated to strengthen Nvidia’s “distribution FLYWHEEL.”

Despite lingering supply concerns and doubts about exceeding consensus estimates, Arcuri regards any short-term weaknesses as potential buying opportunities, given the expected future growth.
