Manhunt Underway: Gunman on the Run After Multiple Shootings in Falls Township, Pennsylvania

Multiple police departments are responding to Falls Township, Pennsylvania, where several people have been shot at multiple locations; the gunman is on the run.

The Falls Township Police Department has advised the public to follow all given instructions and assured that additional information will be provided as it becomes accessible.

“Residents are urged by police to secure all doors and relocate to a central, secure area, away from windows,” stated the Falls Township Police Department.

Officials in Middletown Township, which borders Falls Township, have reported verified incidents of shootings within Falls Township.

Gunfire in a Philadelphia suburb claimed the lives of three individuals on Saturday morning, with the suspect still at large following a carjacking, as reported by local media and law enforcement. Middletown Township police, situated just north of Philadelphia, confirmed via their Facebook page that shots were fired in nearby Falls Township, resulting in “multiple gunshot victims.” The motive behind the shootings, whether targeted or random, remains unknown according to authorities.

Authorities have identified the suspect as 26-year-old homeless individual, Andre Gordon, believed to be armed with an assault rifle and deemed “extremely dangerous.” According to sources from law enforcement cited by local media, the suspect, driving a stolen vehicle, allegedly fatally shot two residents in a home located in Levittown, Falls Township, before proceeding to another nearby residence where a third victim was killed.

Following a carjacking outside a discount store, the suspect fled the scene; fortunately, the vehicle’s driver remained unharmed. In a subsequent update, Middletown police reported that authorities in Trenton had located the vehicle but not the suspect, according to sources. Falls Township police and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro advised local residents to remain indoors and take shelter as a precautionary measure.
