FIIs Sell Rs 4,994 Cr While DIIs Provide Support with Rs 3,097 Cr Buying – Full Market Breakdown

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers today, pulling out Rs 4,994.24 crore from the Indian stock market. In contrast, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) provided strong support by buying stocks worth Rs 3,097.24 crore.

Looking at the detailed breakdown of today’s trades: Banks sold shares worth Rs 44 lakh, while Insurance Companies were net buyers with purchases of Rs 106.01 crore. Mutual Funds also added stocks worth Rs 84.33 crore. Among other institutions, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) sold stocks worth Rs 1.95 crore, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) bought Rs 4.33 crore. Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) sold Rs 47.19 crore. Retail investors offloaded stocks worth Rs 131.28 crore, and other investor categories sold shares worth Rs 13.80 crore.
