To ensure U.S. superiority, he announced that he has instructed the newly renamed Department of War to begin testing America’s nuclear weapons immediately.

Trump explained that this decision was made in response to other nations’ active nuclear testing programs. He emphasized that the U.S. must maintain an “equal basis” in nuclear readiness to safeguard its defense capabilities.
