China: Deadly Explosion Hits Yanjiao Fried Chicken Shop, Gas Leak Suspected

On the morning of March 13, a loud explosion rocked a fried chicken shop in Yanjiao, Hebei province, resulting in one fatality and 22 injuries. In response, the local fire department mobilized 36 fire trucks and 154 firefighters to manage the situation on-site.

CCTV has reported that initial investigations indicate the explosion is likely attributed to a gas leak.
