2. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order.

If the order has already been processed and communicated to our vendors or merchants, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

BBW does not accept cancellation requests for digital content/services that have already been delivered, such as market reports or premium analyses.

However, if the customer can establish that the delivered service/content was not as described or of poor quality, refunds or replacements may be considered.

4. Damaged or Defective Content/Services

If the user receives incomplete or incorrect digital content/services, they must report it within 7 days to our Customer Service team.

The complaint will be reviewed and verified by BBW and its vendors before a final resolution is provided.

5. Content Mismatch or User Expectations

If a user believes that the delivered content/service does not match the description, they must contact our support team within 7 days of receipt.

BBW’s Customer Service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision regarding refunds or replacements.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
