Tesla Plans to Start Semi Truck Production by Late 2025

Tesla announced that its first batch of Semi trucks will start coming off the production line at its Nevada factory by the end of 2025. The company plans to gradually increase production through 2026.

Even though new U.S. tariffs of 145% are causing problems by making Chinese components more expensive and harder to get, Tesla is staying focused on its goals. The company still aims to reach a high production target of around 50,000 Semi trucks per year.

Tesla’s push into the electric truck market is part of its larger strategy to expand beyond cars and lead the way in clean transportation for all types of vehicles.
