  • The inaugural edition of the India-Saudi Arabia Joint Military Exercise, named ‘SADA TANSEEQ,’ has commenced in Mahajan, Rajasthan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The exercise is set to unfold between January 29th and February 10th, 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • The Royal Saudi Land Forces are represented by a contingent of 45 personnel, while the Indian Army contingent consists of 45 personnel from the Brigade of the Guards (Mechanised Infantry).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • The primary aim of the exercise is to train troops from both sides for Joint Operations in Semi-Desert terrain, following Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • The exercise focuses on sharing best practices in tactics, techniques, and procedures for operations in the sub-conventional domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • It aims to enhance interoperability, camaraderie, and bonhomie between the participating troops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Various activities will be conducted during the exercise, including the establishment of a Mobile Vehicle Check Post, Cordon & Search Operation, House Intervention Drill, Reflex Shooting, Slithering, and Sniper Firing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
