Market Reaction
Following the announcement, Nokia shares surged over 25% and were temporarily halted for volatility. The company confirmed that the shares will be delivered to Nvidia in the form of ADRs (American Depositary Receipts). New AI Networking Collaboration
As part of the agreement, both companies will launch a joint initiative called “AI Platform for 6G”, designed to restore America’s leadership in telecommunications. T-Mobile Partnership
In addition, T-Mobile US will work with both Nokia and Nvidia to test and deploy AI-RAN (AI-based Radio Access Network) technologies as part of its 6G development process. Field evaluations and testing are expected to begin in 2026.
