BMW is partnering with Alibaba to introduce advanced AI assistants in its China-made cars next year. These AI systems, powered by Alibaba’s Qwen model and Banma technology, will enhance voice controls, help with navigation, and provide real-time updates on traffic signals.
This move is part of Alibaba’s larger $52 billion investment in artificial intelligence. The company is also collaborating with Apple and leading electric vehicle brands like Xpeng and Zeekr to expand its AI presence in the automotive industry.
