Manappuram Finance has announced a deal with Bain Capital Asia, where the private equity firm will invest Rs 4,385 crore in the non-banking financial company (NBFC). In return, Bain Capital will acquire 18% of the company’s shares and warrants, and will be recognized as a promoter, the company said on March 20.
