Accenture Q2 2025: Strong Growth, AI Momentum, and Higher Shareholder Returns

Accenture Q2 2025 Earnings SummaryAccenture reported strong earnings for Q2, with adjusted earnings per share (EPS) at $2.82, slightly beating estimates of $2.81, and rising 7% year-over-year. Revenue reached $16.7 billion, up 5% from last year, while the operating margin improved by 50 basis points to 13.5%.

For the full year, Accenture raised its revenue growth outlook to 5%-7% (previously 4%-7%). Expected EPS is between $12.55 and $12.79, with an operating margin forecasted at 15.6%-15.7%.

New bookings totaled $20.9 billion, down 3% in USD but flat in local currency. Generative AI bookings hit a milestone of $1.4 billion. Free cash flow stood at $2.68 billion.

Accenture increased its quarterly dividend by 15% to $1.48 per share and repurchased 4 million shares for $1.4 billion.

CEO Julie Sweet highlighted strong demand across industries and markets, with growing interest in generative AI, as reflected in $1.4 billion in new bookings.
