Black Smoke Spotted Near Lincoln Memorial on Washington’s National Mall

Black smoke has been observed rising in the vicinity of the Lincoln Memorial on Washington’s National Mall, according to FoxNews.

Friday morning, a vehicle fire emitted a plume of black smoke over the National Mall in Washington, D.C., Smoke was observed from the U.S. Capital around 8:30 a.m. D.C. Fire & EMS crews confirmed that the source of the smoke was a vehicle fire on the George Washington Parkway in the Rosslyn area.
