Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. has reported disruptions in lounge access services at airports across India due to the suspension of services by Dreamfolks Services Ltd., a leading provider of airport lounge access. Dreamfolks, which partners with banks and card issuers to offer lounge access to customers, has temporarily halted its services, affecting passengers’ ability to use lounges at Adani-operated airports.
To minimize passenger inconvenience during this period, Adani-operated lounges have started accepting all major debit and credit cards for access. This move ensures that passengers can continue to use lounge facilities without relying on Dreamfolks’ services.
Adani Airport Holdings is also actively engaging with banks and card providers to resolve the issue and restore normal lounge access services through Dreamfolks as soon as possible. In the meantime, passengers are encouraged to use their debit and credit cards for lounge entry at Adani airports.
